i. If you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team at service@pocketmitra.in to request a refund. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of payment.
ii. Subject to inspection and verification of the refund claim, Jai Finance (India) Limited will initiate the refund process. The processing time for refunds may vary depending various factors. Jai Finance (India) Limited will provide an estimated timeline for refund processing upon approval.
iii. Refunds will only be considered in cases where there is a clear and evident issue with the Loan availed and not be entertained if you change your mind after availing the Loan.
To cancel a service request, please contact Jai Finance (India) Limited’s customer support at service@pocketmitra.in. Cancellation requests will be reviewed and approved based on the specific circumstances of the transaction. Please note that cancellations are only permitted prior to the disbursement of the Loan.
